Estate Planning & Administration

Having a Will is only part of the estate planning you need to do.

Without a power of attorney, a court administered guardianship may be needed-sometimes even over a spouse.

Regardless of what you say in your Will, jointly held assests will pass to the surviviing joint owner at your death.

Without proper planning, your assets could be depleted by catastrophic health care costs and nursing home expenses.

Your life insurance may not be available to pay your funeral expenses.
